We have gotten two great patches that will make the experience of swamps even better including witches actually being in their fortresses and spike traps being added!

Features and Changes

Added the Spike Trap! Its recipe is just like the piston's, but with crocodile teeth instead of planks.
∎ Modified loot tables for witch huts. More patches regarding witch huts coming soon.
∎ Fixed Mangrove Planks not being craftable.
∎ Mobs that spawn from a mob spawner will no longer drop mob souls.
∎ Water on top of a planters box will no longer break the planters box, but remove the crops.
∎ Planters Boxes no longer break instantly.
∎ Auto Smelt now works with naturally generated ores.
∎ Improved support mechanics of some custom blocks (e.g.: crystals fixed to the ceiling).

Changes

∎ Witch Huts are now more rare than before.
∎ Fixed structures not generating correctly in some cases.
∎ Fixed missing bedrock under some biomes.
∎ Improved general generation for most biomes.
∎ Improved mob spawner dungeons exterior appearance.
∎ Mobs no longer interact with realm visitors. Players must be invited to attack mobs or be attacked by them. This protects realm owners from losing pets, minecarts, etc, and also improves economic value of mob spawners. (Not implemented yet)
∎ Witches no longer despawn from Witch Huts.
∎ Crafted spawners can be collected via Silk Touch.


Thoughts

The spike trap is awesome! Many tnt duping-based farms will be replaced by this which more justifies tnt duping going away. All we need now is a way to make up for the great area clearing tnt duping once did since spike traps are not movable. Planters no longer breaking instantly is awesome and feels a lot more immersive. The break of planter crops with water is also a nice new way to semi-automate the OR farming system. Witch huts spawning less isn't that much of an issue as they are all looted usually which just means fewer worms for the early bird. Witches now actually spawning in their new huts will now provide a new challenge to have at these structures which is nice as well. Great patches for this awesome server!
